As stated in the advertisement, good elasticity and resistance; they may not last long if there are small cuts, but they seem quite durable and are very useful.
I liked the quality; I've seen many bands that seem like they're going to burst at any moment, but this one has good quality. I didn't feel much difference with the first levels of resistance, but maybe a patient with some condition or limitation might notice. I'll still test it with patients.
